Tree House Brewing Company Excursion

Following the pre-conference workshops on Wednesday (10/11) afternoon, we will embark on a group-wide excursion to Tree House Brewing Company in neighboring South Deerfield, MA. All excursion attendees will receive 2 draft tickets to be used at Tree House.

A quick note about purchasing beer to go: We are not permitted to tranport alcohol on the shuttles. However, if you would like to make a to-go purchase, one of the local hosts can transport what you purchase back to UMass' campus for you.

Banquet

Our Friday (10/13) evening banquet will include a traditional dance party with a novel 80/20 theme, where DJs Mike C. & Averi G. will be "spinning" tunes from the 1980s & 2020s, respectively (though we also reserve the right to occasionally go off-decade)!

LOCATION: Marriot Room on 11th floor of UMass Campus Center

Prior to the Banquet (10/13), we will host a happy hour in the UMass UPub, where we will announce the winners of the student Book Raffle!

Shuttle Information for Thursday (10/12)

The local organizing committee has arranged for a shuttle to transport attendees to and from Northampton Downtown Center to access restaurants on Thursday (10/12) evening.

6:15PM – Shuttle departs from UMass Campus Center Circle

10:15PM – Shuttle departs from outside Parking Garage @ Armory Street in Northampton
