Harsh hails from City of Meerut, India. Always a science enthusiast, he was recognized as child scientist by DST- Government of India in 2003. He has completed his Bachelor of Science from MJP Rohailkhand University in 2012 and Master of Science (physics) in 2014 from CCS University, Meerut. He has been awarded ‘Gold medal’ Master of Science in his university. He was also nominated for DST-Inspire fellowship. He has also been awarded UGC NET-JRF, have qualified GATE exam with AIR- 48. He has been awarded PhD in Indian Institute of Technology Delhi in 2021 under the supervision of Prof. Pankaj Srivastava and Prof. Santanu Ghosh. His interest of research are growth of thin films, characterization and ion irradiation.
Other than research Harsh has great interest in cricket and badminton. He is a mountaineering enthusiast and a certified mountaineer. Till date he has 7 scientific publications in international refereed journals.
