About him: Preetam has completed his Bachelors in Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry from University of Allahabad, Allahabad, India and Masters in Physics from IIT Indore, Indore, India. Now he is working as Doctoral research fellow in the department of Physics, IIT Delhi, Delhi, India from July 2016 under the guidance of Prof. Pankaj Srivastava and Prof. Santanu Ghosh. His research interest is experimental as well as theoretical material science: especially defect mediated magnetism in pure and doped semiconducting Oxides and Nitrides also the Dielectric and Magneto-dielectric propertied of transition metal doped perovskite materials. He has qualified UGC-JRF (2015) and GATE-2016 and GATE-2017. He was eligible for inspire fellowship after 12 th as ranked in top 1% in UP Board exams. He completed the “Orientation Course on Accelarators and Lasers and Related Science and Technologies” at RRCAT Indore in 2015.
