If you cannot log in to your student email, MyNACC portal, or Microsoft 365 contact technical support. You will need to include your Student Number, date of birth, and full official name when sending them an email.

1. Go to www.NACC.edu and click the second tab "MyNACC" at the top of the page.
First time to login - Use the "First Time User" link.
Returning User - Enter your full email address (ex: A#@alabama.edu).
Enter the MyNACC password you created when you set up your account.

Checking your NACC email is very important! It is the primary tool of communication at NACC. You can forward your NACC email to another email account, but all communication to you from our college will go to your NACC email!
