My master program is 'Wellth Management' based on the fusion of three components for a flourishing life: Being Healthier, Stress Management and Being Happier. We offer the three components also as individual programs to reach those who are interested in Wellth Management but have constraints in attending the master program. All programs are non-religious, free and open to all. In all the programs, the emphasis is on 'how to' and provide opportunities to explore the exercises, tools and techniques for a flourishing life. Out of the exercises that you tryout, you can choose what best suits you, adopt them into your life and progress as suitable to you.
Being Healthier The program consists of Asana (Yogic postures), Pranayama (Yogic breathing) and Deep Relaxation. It can be practiced in just about 30 - 35 minutes. Asanas promote posture and flexibility. Pranayama balances the energy system, boosts immunity, improves focus and promotes longevity. Deep Relaxation lets go of accumulated stress and recharges the inner batteries. Because it can be practiced in just 2% of the time in a day, you can easily fold it into the hustle and bustle of your modern life style.
Other topics include introduction to Yogic meditation, restful sleep, dietary principles for wellbeing, ergonomics and prevention of RSI (repeated stress injury) in using computers, laptops and smart phones.
Duration: 3-5 sessions of 75 minutes
Stress Management Managing stress enables effectiveness in the moment. The topics include science of stress, effective strategy to manage stress, science validated Yogic techniques for prevention and stress relief, releasing toxic emotions like anger, frustration, anxiety etc, building resilience skills for effectiveness ‘in-the-moment’. Resilience is important to perform to your full potential in interviews, presentations, meetings and discussions. Resilience is also important in picking yourself up and rebound when the inevitable setbacks happen.
Other topics include time management, dealing with negative thoughts and worries, work-life balance and introduction to guided imagery for eliciting calmness and serenity.

Being Happier Happier people are healthier, more successful and more effective. Research shows that happiness depends upon circumstances and other outer factors (10%), intentional activities and choices (40%) and set point of the mind (50%). This program offers exercises of proven efficacy to be happier. The skills that can be learned through this program include broadening and building Positive emotions, identifying and utilizing character strengths for better Engagement, empathy and active constructive response for fulfilling Relationships, setting up Meaningful goals, resilience and Accomplishing goals. Introduction to mindfulness is also included in this program.

Wellth Management Wellth is the garden of life based on fusion of Being Healthier (for holistic wellbeing), Stress Management (to effectively manage the 'weeds') and Being Happier (to seed and nourish your dreams to fruition). The program is a unique blend of modern science and ancient wisdom. While succinctly presenting the basis, we emphasize 'how to’ because results can be experienced only with practice. Experiencing the three components together provides a 'bird's-eye-view' of the way you could synthesize them to suit your unique needs and preferences. The program gives you an opportunity to reflect upon what is meaningful to sculpt your personality and craft your life.
Duration: 10-15 sessions of 75 minutes. Popular as a week-end retreat also.
