MyoChallenge 25
Towards Human Athletic Intelligence
Welcome to MyoChallenge 2025! This year’s challenge takes athletic intelligence to the next level with two new tracks:
⚽ Soccer Shootout: Control a full-body musculoskeletal model to approach the ball and shoot past a moving goalkeeper, requiring precise coordination, balance, and timing.
🏓 Table Tennis Rally: Master an upper-body musculoskeletal model to rally with an AI opponent, demanding fast reflexes, precision, and responsive control.
Both tasks challenge real-time, physics- grounded motor adaptation—pushing beyond repetitive motions toward agile, embodied intelligence.
⚽ Soccer Shootout:
To develop a general policy to approach and shoot a ball past a moving goalkeeper.
🏓 Table Tennis Rally:
To develop a general policy to engage in a high- speed rally against an AI opponent.
Phase 1 -- Open stage: (August - 22nd September)
Open source challenge and preliminary phase. Each participant will be constrained to submit at maximum 5 solutions per day and automatically ranked on a leaderboard.
