Interactive Module

Using Articulate Rise to create the interactive module was a relatively straightforward process. Rise's intuitive interface and pre-built templates made it easy to organize content and add multimedia elements. The drag-and-drop functionality for creating interactive activities was particularly helpful, allowing for the inclusion of engaging elements without needing advanced technical skills.
One of the main challenges was ensuring that all content was accessible and ADA compliant. This required careful attention to detail, such as adding alt text for images, providing closed captions for audio, and ensuring that interactive elements were keyboard accessible. However, Rise's built-in accessibility features made this process manageable.
The closed captioning process involved transcribing the audio and synchronizing it with the video content. This step was essential to ensure that the module was accessible to all learners, including those with hearing impairments.
Overall, Rise proved to be an effective tool for creating e-learning content. Its ease of use and robust feature set make it a strong choice for instructional design projects.
For future projects, I might explore other tools like Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate, which offer more advanced customization options and interactivity features. These tools could provide additional flexibility and creative possibilities for developing engaging and interactive learning experiences.
