Stampede

Below are resources for club leadership for Stampede:

Mark your calendars for Myers Park Stampede 2023!  On Friday, September 15th, every MP Club will be out in the quad during all 5 lunches to advertise their clubs and recruit members. Please make preparations with your club leadership team and advisor in the coming weeks.  Each club should have a display that describes their club activities.  This should include your meeting dates, any contact information, Remind codes, or social media accounts.

Only students on leadership who fill out this form before third block on Wednesday (9/12) will be eligible to pick up a pass to get out of third block early on Friday, or be late to fourth block to clean up! Ms. Fiore will NOT excuse you if you do not come to pick up the pass in M12 during third block on 9/12.

Make your stand creative and attractive so students want to join!  At least two club leaders will need to be at your station at all times.  Make sure your club leadership team knows who will be working the stand, and at what time. Students will be required to bring their own supplies, including a table/stand, a posterboard, and any candy or goodies they would like to hand out.  We are excited to have Stampede back for this school year; let’s make it a great one!
