Observation

My mentor was an english teacher. I observed her classes throughly. I also observed science classes in the IP class. 

Teachers here had learning plans before the classes, but the learning process was not always the same as planned. The learning process adapted to the existing situation. 

Teachers used text books in their classrooms and each student equipped with their own. The books came in pairs, one as source material and one as a worksheet. While digital learning tools often took the spotlight, teachers also used concrete learning media some times.
