You can get a Haro Medal by logging in each day and another one by clearing your three dailies. These medals can be exchanged for various things within the shop and are also given away during events.
The first tab is where you can exchange haro medals for blueprints.
This generally isn't recommended unless you really want a certain unit here.
The second tab is where you can exchange haro medals for various items, such as DX tickets, garage expansion tickets and special colour sprays. Of note are the gold haro tickets at the top, which cost a huge amount of medals but can be exchanged for any unit in the game.
