Similar to other games, clans are player-run organisations. There are many benefits to joining a clan, which will be detailed below.
The following section is included for completion sake, but it's recommended to join a pre-existing clan at this point, as new clans can take ages to level unless you have a lot of members. There are several english speaking clans in MSGO, most of them being on Shangri-La.
To create a clan, click on the circled button.
Click the "Create New Clan" button to create a new clan.
Choose your clan's superior. (They appear after completing a match)
Enter your new clan's name. (Limit : 10 characters )

You can edit the information any time with this button.
The clan leader will have access to this menu.

You can either search the list, search via the search box, or directly ask someone for an invite.
This is the application button for joining a clan.
Click on the circled button to access the clan menu.

This is the clan information section. The left panel holds general information about the clan, such as the name, level, emblem, member count, leader, ect.
The right panel won't be of much use if you can't read Japanese, but it's an activity feed.
Self explanatory, announcements are displayed here.
This tab serves as a player list. Here, you can view all members as well as view their overall contribution.
Clan Challenges are weekly challenges that are shared between all clan members. Once completed, the rewards are mailed to all members.
As a member of a clan, you can register a fifth MS to your deck. These 'Captured MS' can only be used once per match. Captures MS are unlocked by contributing points and once unlocked, will be available for all clan members to register to their decks for one week.
Once you click on an MS, you will be presented with this screen with the details of the MS.
To contribute points to unlocking an MS, you enter the amount of points to contribute using the + - buttons. These points are obtained from winning matches.
Then click the middle button to contribute the points.
Once the MS has been fully paid for, you can click the leftmost button to build it. It will be available for one week before expiring.
These are the buttons for registering it to your deck. The top button is for your ground deck, and the bottom button is for space.
Once in a match, the captured MS will display underneath your other four MS. It can only be used once per match, and cannot be launched in at the start.
You can equip the clan's emblem onto your MS from the Colour/Emblem menu in the MS Garage. It is free to use.
To access clan chat, switch to the green chat tab.
To leave a clan, click the bottom button from this menu.
