Together, the artifacts in my e-portfolio tell the story of my development as an educator and highlight the knowledge, skills, and values I bring into the classroom. Each piece of evidence demonstrates how I understand and apply the teaching standards in authentic ways—from building a supportive learning environment to planning intentional instruction, assessing student learning, collaborating with colleagues, and leading with professionalism. These artifacts show who I am as a teacher and how I meet expectations outlined in the InTASC standards through real examples of my practice.

My student-teaching experience taught me how dynamic and relationship-centered effective teaching truly is. I learned the importance of adapting instruction based on student needs, listening deeply to feedback, and staying flexible as lessons evolve. I saw the power of a strong learning community through collaboration with students, mentors, and peers. Most importantly, I discovered my voice as a teacher—how I build trust, communicate high expectations, and create spaces where students feel seen, supported, and capable. This experience strengthened my confidence and deepened my understanding of the kind of educator I want to be.
