2. FRAME
Any American OEM full body rear wheel drive passenger car, 1968 or newer, full frame or unibody. 108” min wheel base with 1” tolerance.
7. FRONT SUSPENSION
All components and mounts must be steel, unaltered OEM, in OEM location and match frame (including lower A-Arms). Rubber, nylon or steel lower A-frame bushings only - no offset or bearing type. No sway bars. Exceptions are: OEM upper A-frame mount may be moved or replaced with aftermarket steel non-adjustable mount matching upper A-frame bolt on design; OEM or OEM replacement ball joints allowed. OEM upper A-frame may be replaced using steel non-adjustable aftermarket upper A-frame. Lower A-Arms must be stock, match frame and not altered.
9. SHOCKS
One steel nonadjustable unaltered shock per wheel. No coil over, air, or remote reservoir shocks. No Schrader or bladder type valve allowed.
11. REAR SUSPENSION
All components and mounts must be steel, unaltered OEM, in OEM location, and match frame. Maximum of 2.5” from the bottom of the axle tube to the center of the lower control arm mounting bolt. Lower control arms may be replaced with square tubing replacement and must match stock length center of bolt to center of bolt.
18. CARBURETOR
Holly #4412--2 bbl (500 not 750) carburetor will be allowed. Absolutely no alterations or modifications to any carburetor, except for removal of choke plate. Choke horn cannot be removed.
23. ENGINE COMPARTMENT
The forward most spark plug hole may not be set back any further than a perpendicular line with the center of the upper ball joint for each manufacturer.
27. WEIGHT
Minimum weight limit is 3,000 pounds, after race with driver in car.
6. DRIVER COMPARTMENT
Every part of seat must be 33” in front of center line of rear axle. Cars with seat less than 33” but more than 30” will be permitted to race with a total weight of 3200 lbs and 100 lbs of weight bolted in front of the firewall, 50 lbs on each side of frame.
16. EXHAUST
The last 24” of each exhaust pipe must be constructed of maximum 2” outside diameter exhaust pipe mounted at the end of exhaust system.
Optionally may use unaltered Schoenfeld 609 IMCA Muffler in place of 24” of 2” O.D. pipe. All exhaust must pass through muffler with no exhaust leaks between engine and muffler.

Track Commitments to be Certified MSCRA
· Run a stock car class that abides by the rules as stated by MSCRA. Exceptions to the rules may be granted if request in writing so there is official record of the exception. Generally modifications deemed to be more restrictive and not a cost escalation will be granted. Rules that are considered more open will need further justification and if deemed acceptable to both the track MSCRA may be granted.
· Provide a contact of an existing tech official or other track personal that will be willing to inspect at minimum the top 5 finishing cars of the feature and preferably spot check others competitors at any point in the racing program at their convince. The inspection will be vary from week to week of one or two items that can be quickly verified with a simple visual, measurement, or gauge.
· Allow a MSCRA official to perform car inspections at their facility if one is present.
· Provide results of the race to MSCRA. If the official results are posted to a track web site MSCRA can retrieve them from there fulfilling this requirement.
· MSCRA’s intention is to have as minimal an impact on the track’s operation as possible and operate independent from the tracks operation. The track will have final say in all matters related to track operations. MSCRA’s decisions or judgments are only intended to effect MSCRA standing and have no reflection on the track.
*Bonus
Drivers racing a bonus eligible tracks will gain 5 bonus points per night for up to 5 races for a maximum bonus of 25 points.
