Teacher–librarian collaboration strengthens student learning by integrating classroom and library instruction.
Together, they
co-plan, co-teach, and co-assess lessons,
share ideas, books, and digital tools, and
create a community with a collaborative culture.
Through aligned teaching, teachers and librarians support each other and student learning, research skills, and critical thinking.
Informal Alignment - No planning document, just aligned topic and TEKS.
