November Reading Challenge
Record books you read during Thanksgiving week on an index card and bring them into the library when you return from break. One book per card. Make sure you include the following:
Your name
Book title
Book author
What you liked about the book (without giving away the ending)
What kind of reader you would recommend this book to.

This week, 2nd through 5th graders are learning to format writing samples using the MLA style. They are using the following style guidelines:
Font: Times New Roman, 12pt
Double-space the entire document
Center the title (do not underline, italicize, or put in quotes)
Use hanging indentation for the works cited
