Connecting and communicating ideas
The implementation process began with effective professional learning, where I developed the why, what, and how. Subsequently, I worked on developing and understanding how the 5 Principles of Professional Learning apply. Continue with the second Professional Learning planning alternative using the 5 principles of the professional learning framework. Create a Professional Learning, a 3-column table developed to achieve the objectives of my professional learning course. I later developed the BHAG which took a lot more time and care as it has to be done in detail and linked to resources. By developing the Professional Learning course, I was able to create my timeline for the implementation of my Professional Learning. Finally, I was able to implement my established blended learning plan from my proposal.

CALL TO ACTION
THE STORY BEHIND THE STORY
The need for effective Professional Learning is evident in Alison Gullamhussein's research. As she puts it, "Professional development in an era of accountability requires a change in a teacher’s practice that leads to increases in student learning" (2013, p. 6).
Today, in this advanced world, we can recognize that teachers are constantly learning and growing simultaneously with their students, both becoming lifelong learners with a growth mindset, taking them day by day to be making updates of how they should develop their activities in the classrooms, thus allowing teachers to innovate learning towards their students. When we analyze the term “development”, it indicates a process that has an end point, while when we talk about “learning” we are acknowledging that professional growth is a never-ending and lifelong process. For this reason, teachers who are curious, inquisitive, and ready to learn will always benefit most from professional learning.
Simultaneously conducting professional learning while running our school year would be an absolute challenge for all of us teachers who want to remain up to date in order to effectively and efficiently deliver learning to our students, who we must remember are lifelong learners. Teachers must make a double effort to achieve what is established. However, I can propose an apprenticeship even for hybrid teachers, that is, online and face-to-face training, andwill allow us to better prepare ourselves from the beginning of the school year to the end of it.
Despite the fact that the largest learning environment takes place on campus, it's quite a challenge for teachers, since we must fulfill all the day-to-day responsibilities, such as activities, evaluations, even with the established study plan, in order to obtain what is established with the students and continue preparing them as lifelong learners, which allows them to develop a love of learning while becoming critical thinkers and, in turn, have the tools to solve everyday problems.
This year in my classroom I will implement the use of a plan that will allow the activities to be carried out more effectively in my classroom, in addition, my campus has a committee of teachers who will learn with me about this implementation. I propose that the work this committee does in implementing its own activities count as professional development hours. Working collaboratively all year with teachers in choosing their own content for activities, with my help and demonstrations meets the requirements for effective professional learning and to achieve this I want to implement it with the five principles of effective learning:
Planning the Alternative Program Learning Assignment
When developing this program, I want to consider the 5 key principles for an effective, efficient and effective professional learning for all my participants, directly providing them with the best experience with everything related to blended learning.
Duration: the course will last 4 months in order to provide quality learning.
Support: from the first day I will provide support to all my participants, even at the end of the course there will be post-course support in which I will provide direct guidance in everything related to the course.
Commitment: I will not only provide theoretical material, but they will also have practical material that will allow my participants to clarify all doubts.
Model: we will carry out pre-practice cases in the course, I will model activities with the same participants so that they can handle everything related to blended learning in the established time.
Specific content: I will provide all the necessary information, both theoretical and practical, to each of my participants, so that they can implement it in their classrooms.
Said course will be addressed to all those interested in implementing this learning model in their classrooms.
Phase 1: Professional Learning
Phase 2: Implementation
Phase 3: Modeling
Phase 4: Reflection
