This course has allowed me to know the benefits of technology, showing me the benefits of learning about the e-Portfolio, it is a vital course for the development of the program, and it will help me in the following courses to develop soon. When reviewing my assignments, I noticed that the three were closely related, since my innovation proposal is about reading, encouraging students to carry out a reading club in order to make it routine for them. To achieve this, I put my growth mindset into practice, it allowed me to keep up to date with everything I needed to guide my students and thus transmit it to them, encouraging them to stay in a growth mindset and in constant learning of life. By implementing my plan through Blended Learning, I also offered my students the COVA method, that is, I gave them choice, ownership, voice and authenticity when making and presenting their assignments.
It is curious that through this program the same thing happens to me. As a student of this program, I am constantly learning (growth mindset) in addition to a self-directed and self-disciplined learning that allows me to have choice, ownership, voice and authenticity in my assignments.

Blended Learning in my school to strengthen the reading club, that is with both physical and digital books and that reaches the entire student population.
When I began to study this type of COVA method, it was fascinating, it marked a before and after in this learning process and it has helped me with my students when implementing it in my classroom, this method goes together with everything that is my innovation proposal and the growth mindset that I have developed throughout this program.
