Open Adobe Premiere Rush on your desktop computer.
Select Create a New Project.
Enter a title for the project at the bottom of the screen.
Open the Video Clips folder inside the Movie Mashup folder you created during the previous class period.
Click Create.
Place the cursor where you would like to cut a clip.
Select the Scissors tool.
Click the part of the clip you would like to delete.
Click Delete.
Drag the remaining clips into the order you would like them to appear in your Movie Mashup.
Click the blue plus sign to add text and audio.
Use the available effects to enhance your video.
Click Add Audio and select audio clips for the video.
You may choose more than one audio clip.
Trim the audio clips using the same process used to trim video clips.
Click Add at the bottom of the screen.
Add at least two transitions to your Movie Mashup. You may use more.
Add at least two backgrounds to your Movie Mashup. You may use more.
Click Share.
Change the file name to Movie Mashup.
Click the link next to Save To.
Change the save location to your S-Drive.
Click Export.
Upload the completed assignment to Canvas.
High-five your neighbor.
Include clips from at least six movies. You may include more.
Edit the project so it is between 3 and 5 minutes long.
Make sure the flow of the project makes sense and tells a new story.
Include an opening title with a creative name for your movie.
Include closing credits.
Give yourself credit as the director.
Give yourself credit as the producer.
Give yourself credit as the editor.
Give yourself credit as the designer.
Include at least two transitions. You may include more.
Include background audio that works well with the movie clips and is not distracting.
You may use more than one song if needed.
