"Authentic, inclusive constructivist learning engages students allowing all to flourish and reach their potential."
The Professional Development session below was delivered on 27th September and 29th November 2021 at the American International School Budapest as part of 'in house' Professional Development. The aim of the session was two fold. Firstly, it aimed to present a rationale as to why we should all should engage in mindfulness, and provide examples of ways to engage secondary age students in mindfulness. Secondly, the session was presented in a style and structure that exemplified a lesson with a variety of pedagogical techniques that could be employed in many different situations.
