Please, check these out before you move on to the next task:
Your task is to assess your computer workstation at home. How ergonomic is it? Make sure you have used the ergonomic office tools above before compiling your evaluation. Please, include the following points in your evaluation:
Chair – adjustable?
Screen height – adjustable?
Keyboard and mouse at the same level?
Is it possible to have a right-ish angle at your elbow and knees?
Lighting? Does the sun shine directly on the screen? Any glare?
Are your feet dangling?
Any suggestions for improvement?
Send your evaluation to me by email by next lesson (Wednesday for 13R/Thursday for 13B). Please, include a photo of your workstation. If possible, have someone else (or using a tripod) take a picture of you sitting at your workstation (from a side angle). Please, include all the text and imagery in the email body - do not attach any attachments. And, remember — netiquette {as always} counts.
