OSHA 10 Certification
This online certificate, earned in Fall 2025, represents my OSHA certification. As an Agricultural Education teacher, it is essential that I understand OSHA standards and can apply them within laboratory settings to ensure student safety during experiential learning, whether in the classroom, the workplace, or through SAE projects. Earning this certification reflects my commitment to professionalism, student well‑being, and the responsibilities I will uphold as an instructor. The certification remains current through regular review and updates to align with evolving industry and OSHA standards. Any necessary changes will be implemented immediately, with clear communication to students, parents, and community partners. I also plan to pursue additional professional development and certifications to strengthen my leadership as a program instructor and to enhance both my students’ learning experiences and my own growth as an educator.
Local Substitute Teaching License
Earning my local substitute teaching license in Fall 2025 has allowed me to gain meaningful, hands‑on classroom experience at Hampton. This certification demonstrates my readiness to step into a teaching role with professionalism, flexibility, and confidence. While serving as a substitute, I have been able to support student learning, maintain classroom routines, and collaborate with teachers to ensure continuity of instruction. This experience has strengthened my classroom management skills, expanded my understanding of student needs across grade levels, and reinforced my commitment to becoming an effective Agricultural Education teacher. My substitute license also reflects my dedication to ongoing professional growth, as it provides opportunities to practice instructional strategies, build relationships within the school community, and apply what I am learning in my teacher preparation program. I plan to continue using this license to gain additional experience that will support my development as a future educator and program leader.
