Compliance Required for Prohibited and Restricted Items Listings

Dear Sellers,

We will require your cooperation to ensure that all items sold are in accordance with all laws and regulations of Singapore and Marketplace’s Schedule of Prohibited and Restricted (P&R) item as laid out in the Marketplace Agreement. For your convenience, you may find the non-exhaustive list of P&R items here.

Marketplace has the right to restrict an item that may have been allowed previously and will update the list of P&R items where necessary, so we ask that sellers review your items regularly to ensure compliance. Marketplace will also communicate these restrictions with you via Email and our Telegram Channel.

If you are unsure if an item can be safely listed for sale on our website, kindly contact your account managers or our Helpdesk here.

As this is a serious matter affecting Fairprice’s legal standing, Marketplace will implement a two-tier strict penalty for any violation of this policy.
