I’ve always been an active person—from running around as a kid to hiking, swimming, cycling, and dancing in ballet and gymnastics classes. As a teen, I was a passionate runner, representing my school in Cross-Country and Athletics.
You might think that being active all my life made staying healthy and in shape easy—but my fitness journey has been far from perfect. I’ve faced challenges, learned a lot, and grown stronger—physically and mentally—throughout it all.
When I started university, I wanted to stay active, so I joined the gym. I stuck with cardio machines at first, but I wanted a more athletic physique. My partner, who played sports at a high level, suggested I try weight training. I was hesitant at first, worried I’d get bulky—but once I started lifting, I fell in love with it, and I haven’t looked back since.
Over the years, I’ve gained 12kg and am now at a healthy weight, doing things I never thought possible when I began my journey. The gym, which used to feel intimidating, is now my space to feel my best.
A few years ago, I broke my leg. That experience completely changed the way I view fitness. Recovery was challenging, and it forced me to rebuild slowly while listening to my body. It taught me the importance of longevity—training in a way that builds strength, resilience, and confidence for the long term, not just chasing short-term results.
Now, my focus as a coach is helping people feel good in both body and mind. I believe fitness should be fun, sustainable, and tailored to you. I mix strength training, gymnastics-inspired moves, power-focused exercises, and calisthenics to keep things exciting and well-rounded.
I know how intimidating the gym can feel at first, but learning the fundamentals of movement is key to gaining confidence—and that’s exactly where I can help. My mission is to guide you to feel stronger, healthier, and happier, and to make fitness something you genuinely enjoy.
