Successful Launch of 10 Global Lifestyle Gadget Brands in Bangladesh
Driving Market Innovation as a Key Contributor to SEBL-Dx Group’s Mega Event
In June 2023, SEBL-Dx Group hosted a grand event at the prestigious Radisson Blu Water Garden Hotel, Dhaka, marking the official launch of 10 globally renowned lifestyle gadget brands into the Bangladeshi market. The brands—boAt, TAGG, 1MORE, QCY, SKG, Ezviz, Riversong, Promate, Zentality, and Babyhug—aimed to revolutionize the local market by introducing high-quality, innovative solutions tailored to modern consumer needs.
As a Training Manager and team member of SEBL-Dx Group, I contributed significantly to the success of this event. My role included conducting product knowledge training for Brand Promoters, coordinating with the marketing and sales teams, and ensuring retail readiness for a smooth market entry. I also supported the team in aligning promotional strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
The event showcased SEBL-Dx Group’s dedication to fostering innovation and growth, and it also unveiled their upcoming ventures into retail and lifestyle sectors, further expanding their ecosystem. This achievement highlights my ability to contribute to large-scale initiatives and drive impactful outcomes through collaborative efforts.
In August 2019, I was honored with the Good Performing TS Award by Vivo Bangladesh (Yangming Hanhai) during the Eid-Ul-Adha period. This recognition was not only for achieving the highest sales but also for my all-encompassing contribution to the organization across key areas such as brand marketing, training and development, business development, retail management, product development and visual merchandising.
My innovative approach to brand marketing played a vital role in enhancing the company’s visibility and customer engagement. I developed and executed creative campaigns that resonated with the target audience, driving increased footfall and ensuring higher conversion rates. As part of my training and development initiatives, I conducted workshops to equip the sales team with product knowledge and advanced sales techniques, resulting in a more skilled and confident workforce.
In business development, I focused on identifying growth opportunities, fostering strong relationships with retail partners, and implementing store-level strategies to maximize performance. My expertise in retail management ensured that operations were optimized, inventory was well-organized, and customers experienced seamless service. I also collaborated closely with the product development team to align product features with customer preferences, enhancing overall satisfaction.
Additionally, I leveraged my skills in visual merchandising to create impactful in-store displays that highlighted product strengths and attracted customer attention, significantly boosting sales.

During my tenure at Vivo Bangladesh (Yangming Hanhai), I was honored by the Gazipur Management Team for my exceptional leadership in managing the Brand Promoter (BP) team in the Gazipur area. My strategic approach to BP recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and motivation significantly enhanced team productivity and contributed to the region's overall success.
Before the Eid celebration, I was honored by the Mawna, Gazipur BP team at Vivo Bangladesh (Yangming Hanhai) for my efforts in developing and strengthening the team. Through focused training, mentorship, and performance management, I successfully enhanced the skills and morale of the Mawna BP team, contributing to their growth and improved performance.
