I’m Mossabbirul Hasan Sourob, a dedicated professional with nearly 6 years of experience in Training & Development, Retail Management, Brand Marketing, Product Development, Business Development and Sales Marketing. I have collaborated with global and national brands, including Samsung Bangladesh, Fair Electronics Ltd. (SAMSUNG), Vivo Bangladesh, Tecno Bangladesh, Society Development Committee (SDC) and SEBL-Dx Group, to achieve exceptional growth, enhance team performance and create customer-centric strategies.
My expertise lies in designing and delivering impactful training programs that empower teams and drive measurable results. To date, I’ve trained over 2040+ employees and beneficiaries, managed over 1200+ retail stores and successfully conducted over 360 training sessions across various organizations. These initiatives have contributed to remarkable achievements, such as boosting retail sales and elevating brands to top market positions.

In 2019, during Eid-Ul-Adha, Vivo Bangladesh (Dhaka North) celebrated an outstanding achievement with a rewarding program and monthly meeting at Fantasy Kingdom, Dhaka. The event was filled with excitement and joy, marking a significant milestone for the team. It was a day to recognize hard work, celebrate success and strengthen bonds. The lively atmosphere, thrilling activities, and team spirit made it a truly memorable occasion, showcasing the dedication and unity of the Vivo Bangladesh (Yangming Hanhai) family.

I have had the pleasure of knowing Mossabbirul Hasan Sourob since our time at Faridpur Zilla School, where we studied together from class 4 to class 10. Throughout those years, Sourob proved himself as a highly dedicated and well-rounded individual. His impressive qualities include punctuality, teamwork, public speaking, self-discipline, goal-setting, and exceptional academic skills, such as research, multitasking, reading comprehension, and effective writing.
Sourob’s enthusiasm for outdoor sports is equally remarkable. He has achieved numerous awards and recognitions, especially in cricket, including the Man of the Match award in the prestigious Tiger Cup Cricket League school tournament. He also led our school’s basketball team as captain and actively participated in high-level competitions, including the Dhaka Division Cricket League under-14 and 1st Division Cricket League matches. His achievements in outdoor games reflect his dedication, resilience, and team spirit.
Beyond academics and sports, Sourob attended various seminars, events, and cultural programs, always eager to grow and connect with others. His ability to balance these diverse pursuits with grace and commitment is truly inspiring.
