Job Description

We’re looking for self-motivated, tenacious individuals to work as a Field Project Coordinator with a mandate to connect and negotiate to improve communication efficiency in government units and rural areas in Ulaanbaatar and Mongolia.

Main responsibilities will include:

• provide leads for coordination among stakeholders, including donor organizations, banks, and local administration;

• manage negotiations with working groups consisting of public and private sectors

• public relations activities for a specific product (social media promotion, content creation for various media);

• community engagement - for defining social projects for the benefit of the community Social responsibility;

Skills

• prepare project profiles and presentations, provide guidance notes on specific Issues;

• organize workshops and related dissemination events;

• prepare progress monitoring reports;

• prepare quarterly reports for donor organization;

• collaborate and show support to the legal consultant in preparing relevant contracts;

Capabilities

- conduct a feasibility analysis of related funding;

- prepare recommendations for policymakers based on the results;

Education and requirements

A master's degree or a degree equivalent to the relevant requirements;

At least 3 years of experience in managing and contacting donation; and investment individuals/groups;

An organized person with an understanding of recording important data and processes;

Standards understandings and personal code of ethics;

Fluent in Mongolian and English;

The ability for "Outside the box" thinking ;
