The GMNI Fund  started in Mongolia as a (Genuine Mongolian Innovation fund) was established in 2019 after starting in 2018 as a project operating in Mongolia Markets by Jonathan N. Passi and Associates from Mongolia, Israel, Australia, and Malaysia who joined in. 

Shortly after the establishment of the GMNI project we astablished the New GMNI company (Generative Multimodal Networks & Innovation) Company in 2019. Miss. Nomun Tugchin Ph.D. joined the business activity as a partner and a member of the Executive Director. 

During this period, the company put efforts to achieves a significant foothold in the area of financing, helping airlines aviation, logistics cargo and public trafficking, mining projects to develop, residential real estate, and Soho approach, commercial real estate, precision agriculture, start-ups to build business strength and capital to draw investments, capabilitis and business development from around the world.

GMNI is managed by senior figures in the Asian-Israel economical markets and works in partnership with international institutional companies as well as strong private investors. 

The GMNI team members are highly experienced and specialize in all business domains and aspects such as economy, finance, and law, as well as managing the investment on projects with the fund internal and external consultants that GMNI and other companies in the GMNI FUND LLC group employs. 

The Company's vision is to create a connection between investment equity and the SMB's corporates to develop a stronger private sector community where ever in needed. We continue to manage investments and assets at the highest level, under the securing umbrella of a confidentiality policy and a trust protection policy for investors under the managerial supervision of the GMNI Fund group.

 The fund was partnering with business consulting companies such as 'WeConnect', and other companies to set up a joint management company for commercial centers in the capital, Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, and other projects too.
