Emerging Technology Presentation

-Project Description-

For this project, we were told to research an emerging technology and its importance, impact on daily life, advantages and disadvantages, potential risks/threats and ways to manage them, and latest news/advancements. I chose neuromorphic computing and made a presentation based on the new information I learned.

I stepped out of my comfort zone for this project and chose a topic I usually wouldn't take a particular interest in. Although slightly confusing when understanding exactly how it all works, I learned a ton about what neuromorphic computing is, its applications, and its impact on the future. I also had more practice with creating a Powerpoint, finding and citing credible sources, and ethically using stock images on Powerpoint. I had fun researching for this assignment and put some of my public speaking skills to use while presenting.
