The organizer of the game determines whether Spells acquired from previous games are used, and may limit their use only to those acquired in a certain series of games.

The recipes below are indicative and not exhaustive.
Black magic spells are Skills that are only available to a character with Black magic who has chosen to "master" them from a scroll. In this case, the scroll is removed from play and can no longer be taken away or given to another character.
When the Spell affects another character, the player who is using it must find an adequate gameplay to communicate the effects of that action.
When the Spell requires reciting an incantation, the texts in the rules are only a suggestion - the player can use their own text with the same length as number of verses.
Spell scroll: 5 coins
You can cause unbearable pain with a touch.
Cast with three gestures and costs 1 Health.
Activated by touching a person with the hand and calling out the word "Pain!".
If you ritually kill them, the person can immediately be turned into a Zombie without casting a spell and without loss of Health points - only by shouting the keyword "Zombie!".
You can cause Agony with a touch for the next 2 minutes.
Cast by reciting an incantation and Decaying a Zombie.
Activated by touching a person with a hand or a wand and shouting the keyword "Agony!", which costs you 1 Health for each curse.
A chime comes through the ghastly gray,
And it will make your soul shiver.
The Ferryman shall not delay
To drag it far beyond the river.
In the next 2 minutes you can activate Zombies and Transfusion without a spell and without loss of Health - only with the appropriate keyword.
Cast by reciting an incantation that causes Agony to yourself.

If you die before one of your Zombies, you can Decay it and resurrect yourself.
Cast by reciting an incantation and touching a Zombie, which costs 1 Health.
Activated by Decay of the Zombie that can be activated even after your death, as long as the Zombie itself has not already Decayed.

You turn yourself into a Zombie for 2 minutes, but you retain your consciousness and memories. During this time, you can't use Skills, but you can turn other dead people into Zombies.
Cast by reciting an incantation and Decaying a Zombie.
Activated by playing out biting or grabbing a corpse and shouting the keyword "Zombie!".
For each created Zombie, you restart your own Decay time back to 2 minutes.

You sacrifice another Creature and remove a Trauma effect from yourself.
Performed at a Sanctuary by ritually sacrificing a living Creature.
Other mages who possess this spell may also take part in the ritual and take advantage of it.
You turn a dead person into a Zombie that will follow you for unlimited time until killed or Decayed.
Cast at a Sanctuary with ritual actions that take about 2 min.
For the ritual to work, the Spirit of the dead must be asked for permission and the dead must agree (i.e. the player must agree to this).
