Trauma effects are acquired by being revived in a Sanctuary if where is a container with such effects.
Each revived character must revert place in the box one of the previous Trauma effects affecting them (if any) and take one randomly selected Trauma Effect note, read it, and follow it until the effect is removed from them or they die again.
If a character gains two identical effects, the player retains both and applies only one - but their character must be cured from both of them to get rid of the effect.
Unless they are removed with Skill or Revive, Trauma effects remain for the entire duration of the game.
Different categories of Trauma effects are eliminated with different Skills.
