Discord Moderation Information:
This section provides clear procedures for issuing in-game bans and handling reports within the game environment. Moderators must apply bans correctly and understand the scope and limitations of game-based actions.

Follow these steps when issuing an in-game ban:
Join any active server.
Open the admin panel.
Enter the username โ use the actual username, not the display name.
If available, use the user ID for accuracy.
Type the reason for the ban.
The reason must be valid and clearly written.
Do not use vague, empty, or nonsensical reasons.
Click "Ban".
Wait for confirmation.
You must see โBANNEDโ for the ban to be successful.
If it only says โDoneโ, the command was run but may not have succeeded.

Understand how bans apply across platforms:
Bans do not transfer between different servers or games.
The location of the infraction determines the type of ban issued:
In-Game = Game ban only
Discord Server = Discord server ban only
Exception: If a user is blacklisted from the genre, their ban is enforced across all servers and the game.
