Appeal System:

This section outlines clear procedures for reviewing and processing ban appeals. Moderators must carefully verify appeal validity and ensure decisions align with established guidelines and the scope of each ban.

📂 Appeal Review Process

1. Open the appeal ticket.

2. Verify the ban reason:

   • Determine if the ban is unappealable (e.g., exploiting).

   • Check #manual-logs or request a screenshot of the in-game ban message for confirmation.

3. Verify account ownership:

   • Ensure the person submitting the appeal is the actual owner of the ROBLOX or Discord account in question.

4. Make a decision:

   • If the ban is appealable and all checks are verified, proceed to lift the ban.

   • Unban the user from the relevant platform (game or server).
