3rd Grade Vision
All incoming 3rd grade students for the 2023-2024 school year are required, by Iowa law, to have a vision screening completed no earlier than 1 year prior to enrollment of 3rd grade (after Aug. 24th, 2022) and no more than 6 months after the date of the child’s enrollment (February 24th). Please have your eye care professional fill out the Vision Screening form found under health forms on the district’s website (link below) and turn into your child’s school office.
