"Curtis had a customer that traded in their older vehicle on a recent trade in. The vehicle they were going to purchase was an older unit but had low milage for the year so no issues were expected to come up during the vehicle inspection. Unfortunately during the inspection we found that the vehicle had an oil leak that was going to need to be taken care of before the customer took the vehicle. Given the source of the leak the engine was going to have to be fully removed from the vehicle and take some time to get repaired. The customer was going to have to UBER to and from work for potentially a week while the repairs were done. Upon hearing the situation Luis offered to work on the car that night to get started on the lengthy repair so that the customer could take it before the weekend instead of having to get a loaner or take UBERS. Luis was able to focus on the car and get it finished up by the end of the day before the weekend and when the customer came in for their loaner appointment they were instead met with Curtis handing them the keys to their new vehicle. Luis went above and beyond to make sure the car was prioritized and done so the customer wouldn't have to worry about some other solution or a longer time frame. Luis always works hard and is always willing to help his fellow coworkers and that's why I think he deserves employee of the month. "Steve has transformed the finance team and mindset in a little over his year with us. He has turned what was a good job for me into a lasting career. He's done that for everyone he has worked with, from guests to employees to construction workers. Everyone knows they get the very best when they are with Steve. Not only has he shown us how Promise Price and F&I can work better together, he's done so without a heavy hand. He is an incredible teacher and trainer and mentor. Also he has been absolutely selfless when the teams have been sick or shorthanded, often splitting full days between both stores. In February there was a week where he was ALONE for two whole days while Hector and I were super sick. He never once complained to us or pressured us to be there. The other day he himself was sick and was looking forward to going home early (5pm) on a Saturday to get some rest but Southtowne called and needed an extra hand so he turned around and went in, no questions asked. He's let me go see my kids play soccer, dance recitals, choir concerts, etc, when that means he had to stay later or come in earlier. He's going to be deeply missed and we owe him a big thank you and all of our well wishes." - Austin Horton

"James was outstanding—I couldn’t have asked for a better service experience. He helped coordinate my windshield replacement, provided clear and thoughtful recommendations from the multi-point inspection, and quickly resolved the findings. He was personable, knowledgeable, and truly attentive to my needs. I would highly recommend James to anyone looking for exceptional service." - Guest
