What stands out most is his willingness to freely share his work with his coworkers and continuously refine it based on feedback. His efforts have helped our team better communicate with customers, adapt to new processes, and work more efficiently. None of this is required as part of his commission-based role, yet he consistently invests his time and expertise to help others succeed.

"Old Dave Turcotte was so pleasant, courteous and professional. Dave was the first person we met on our first visit, and he was the last person to walk us out to our brand-new car. Again, he did not pressure us at all, our experience as a family was so great! My two children adored Dave, he was so sweet to them, they received a sweet stuffed Suba Bleu. It is my impression that Dave is selling more than cars, it's an experience to remember for years to come.
