Brad Schatz - Employee of the Month
"Brad Schatz knocked it out of the park with this one! A guest came in looking at a 2010 VW, a first time borrow with $1k down and a subprime credit score. She spent 5+ hours with Brad, working through different cars, trying to get a loan, going back and forth between a 2010 and a 2020 (Brad was able to get her a loan on this one) but ultimately wanting the 2010 more. Brad was having a hard time finding her a way to go to get funded, but kept after it. She left and spoke with a credit union. While she did that he kept her interested in the car, got finance involved on a deeper level, and we were able to find her a loan with her father-in-law as co-signer. In the end Sierra came back and let us do her paperwork AND purchased our GAP insurance instead of taking a slightly better offer from an in-branch loan officer. Brad deserves every piece of praise for this one, he definitely earned it and earned a customer for life." - Austin Horton
Cassidy Wixom - Runner Up
"Ms. Schwermer and her father were extremely complimentary and pleased with their interactions with Cassidy Wixom during their entire purchasing process. Alyson is officially the first of the Schwermers to NOT buy at Nate Wade Subaru, a streak that extended to her GREAT grandparents. The reason for this, according to her and her father, was 100% because of Cassidy's professionalism and transparent approach to sales. Initially they had contacted Nate Wade to begin the process of researching Alyson's next Outback purchase, but she was informed that the car she was interested in was not available at Nate Wade for another month. She and her dad decided they could wait, but that they wanted to test drive the car in the meantime. They found that we had the car in-stock in the form of a Certified Used, got lined up with Cassidy and came to test drive it. They had ZERO intentions of buying from us, according to their account of their experience, but Alyson said after the first 5 minutes of visiting with Cassidy she knew she would be purchasing from Mark Miller Subaru instead of Nate Wade. In the end she still had to wait for an incoming vehicle (again, ours was Certified Pre-Owned and she wanted a New one) the same as she would have been waiting for Nate Wade, but Cassidy treated her so well that she was willing to wait even AFTER Nate Wade's reps called to let her know the car was available at their location a full week before ours AND their trade offer was slightly higher. Alyson and her father stated they are experience-loyal, and they plan now on being Mark Miller Subaru customers for life. Well done Cassidy!!! - Austin Horton

He walked her through what we found and explained in detail and in a way an 80 year woman could understand (her words, not mine).
