On the project I was the production coordinator/producer. I started initially on the project as a developer working on menus but, quickly found that production was much more suited to my skillset. I also assisted in creating some of the wandering NPCs (we utilized a software that randomized the creation of the wandering NPCs), some level design on the main hub of the game ('Silent Canopy') by filling out the space/environment with various assets both created by the team or purchased for the team. As a producer I ran the SCRUM meetings, helped my director/supervisor with meetings with the client, helped forge compromises between the dev, design, and client teams. We utilized Hack 'N' Plan as our primary organization software and with that based two-week sprints around the kanban boards of assets/tasks.
