In Luke 18:1-8, Jesus tells a story about a widow who keeps asking a judge for help. The judge doesn’t care about people or God, but because the widow keeps bothering him, he finally helps her just to get her to stop asking. This story teaches us to always pray and not give up, showing that God listens to our prayers and will help us in His time.

Why do you think it is important to keep trying and not give up when we want something? Can you think of a time when you had to be patient and keep asking for something? Write down your thoughts about why being persistent is valuable in our lives.

How does this story encourage you to approach prayer in your own life? Consider a time when you felt like giving up on something important. What can you learn from the widow's example about persistence and faith?

En este pasaje, Jesús cuenta una historia sobre una viuda persistente que sigue pidiendo a un juez justicia contra su adversario. Al juez no le importa la justicia ni las personas, pero como la viuda sigue molestándolo, finalmente le da lo que quiere. Esta historia nos enseña sobre la importancia de la persistencia en la oración y cómo Dios escucha nuestras necesidades.
