What do you think Jesus means when he talks about houses and things being taken away — how might that make people feel? How can trusting God help someone stay brave when things are hard or scary? Can you think of a time when you had to be patient or keep going even though something was difficult — what helped you? How might showing kindness and telling the truth help others notice God’s love, even when life is upsetting? Finally, what is one small promise or plan you can make this week to remember to trust God and be brave?
