It can help reduce stress and help you relax
Reading improves your concentration and memory
It helps expand your vocabulary and strengthen your writing abilities

Increases your imagination and creativity
Why is good literature important?
Good literature can teach us things about the past and can even create the imagination of being placed in the past. It can also give us a better understanding or insight into our cultures and develop a greater appreciation of them. Below are some of my favorite books and past classroom favorites that I think you might like.
