Adoption is the social, emotional, and legal process in which children who will not be raised by their birth parents become full and permanent legal members of another family while maintaining genetic connections to their birth family. I am such an advocate for adoption because I know so many people in my life that have been adopted and it completely changed their life. Adoption is so important because it has the opportunity to completely change the life of a child and Parent.
