Temperature: 72 degrees is ideal, aim between 70 and 78 degrees. Warmer at night than under the lights was said to be better for some reason. I haven't done this yet, but I'm trying to keep it warmer for now. I'm averaging around 75 degrees during the day, and 67 at night, which isn't terrible.
Humidity: Somewhere between 40 and 60 RH, or 50 and below in flower to avoid mold / mildew. I tend to fall somewhere between 30 and 50.
Air: Lots of airflow, but avoid long direct exposure that causes wind burn. CO2 is good, but only if enough light can be applied as well. Also consider that venting air out will waste CO2. My ventilation turns off with the lights, so they will probably get more at night using that Exhale bag.
PH: 6.2 - 6.8, adjusting after any nutrients are added. Our water runs somewhere between 7.5 and 8.0...so ph down is vital. It seems like ~6.6 is the sweet spot for much of the nutrient absorption.
Soil: Water way less, but a good soaking when due is best. I was told that the nutrients that come with the Fox Farms Ocean Forest are really only good for about 3 weeks. After that, I'll want to start applying some bottled nutrients every other watering or something like that. Also, I've heard that the recommended dosage in the fox farms feeding schedule is way too high, and that one should at least half that amount. Having killed a plant previously using these, I would agree, or at least be very careful with doing this. I've heard some people are saving some dough by buying a large bag of plain bulk organic soil, adding perlite, and then applying nutrients as needed. It also sounded cheaper than using the ~$18 per bag x 2 of Ocean Forest that I'm using. I may try this next grow.
Pruning: So far all that I know is topping too soon dramatically slows down growth. Wait for at least the 4th node. Topping typically gives 2 new branches only, while fimming will make 4 new branches. I'm still waiting to see if that actually works or not, but I will give that a go next time, rather than stunting my growth immediately.
Height and Veg cycle: 1 foot of height per gallon of soil seems to be the consensus, so max height is probably going to be somewhere in the neighborhood of 30", which means flower should be kicked on at around 15"-18"
Leaves reaching for the sky is a good sign. Bottom leaves will yellow / die off first, and it's ok.
