Fill out the form completely.
You will be given instructions and options for payment at the end for the form. Because we are limited on space, we are encouraging people to pay via credit or debit card using the Square website for Troop #2344. There will be a link with instructions on the registration form. There are no additional fees for using a credit/debit card. If wish to pay via check, please send a check made out to Girl Scout Troop 2344 to 515 W First St, Apt #27, Kimberly, WI 54136. We need to receive the check within 4 days after you submit your registration and no later than April 5th.

Noteworthy information about the registration form:
There is an dietary restriction section and photo release section on the registration form; therefore, parents/guardians are asked to fill out the registration form.
Instructions and options for payment are on the registration form. You can pay for more than one Girl Scout at a time; however, each Girl Scout needs to have their own individual registration form that is filled out by their parent/guardian.
