Where and When?

Where - forests, beside streams, in city parks, anywhere that offers  a view of nature  - gardens, trees, clouds, water - even in your home!

When - anytime...stop and smell the roses (seriously, our grandmothers were on to this!).  Enjoy a "micro" moment  - take a minute and notice the sunlight glowing through the leaves or sparkling across fresh snow. These pauses can lift our moods and remind us that there is more to life than the particular challenges of that day.  

Positive effects of time in nature can often be noticed within 20 minutes although any amount of time in nature is beneficial.  

Guided Mindful Nature Programs often last 2-3 hours, however, they can be designed to meet the needs and time frame of a particular group.
