purposefully direct our attention to 

our breathing

our senses, 

to what attracts our interest, 

and to how our body is impacted

by "slow" time in nature

You always have the option to

follow the invitations offered  

in a program - to walk, 

to gently move your body, 

to find a spot to sit...

or to choose your own way of 

slowing down 

and noticing the natural world.
