“Reset” is a quick mindfulness moment that helps your brain and body slow down after a busy or stressful activity. By taking a few calm breaths and noticing how your body feels, you can clear your mind and get ready for your next task with more focus and ease.

2. Why We’re Doing This
“This helps your body slow down so it’s easier to focus on the next activity.”
3. Get Into Position
“Sit up with your back straight, plant your feet on the floor, and rest your hands gently.”
4. Breathing
“Breathe in… hold for 3 seconds… and breathe out. Repeat three times.”
5. Notice the Changes
“As you breathe, notice your shoulders dropping and your face relaxing.”
6. Return to the Task
