Welcome to my small group yoga classes.
I teach in small groups of up to 5 people. This allows to bring a personal approach for every pupil.
This is a not difficult class, friendly for beginners.

My way of teaching yoga is the same as real traditional yoga from India. The ancient yoga texts do not know any vinyasa or ashtanga vinyasa, yin yoga, hot yoga and so on...All are modern products for modern people and good selling like a fitness.
No one fitness yoga instructor knows the difference between traditional yoga and fitness yoga. Modern life down yoga to fitness level and this is not right.

You can do a lot of asanas, but if your breath is chaotic like from a mad dog, it's not yoga. It's everything you want, but not yoga.
The monkey can lift their legs high up, but they are not a yogi. The fish can make a kumbhak (breath retention ) for a long time, but they are not a yogi. The koalas can relax and sleep for 22 hours per day, but they are not a yogi. Some people can predict the future, but they are not a yogi.
Who are yogis?
Yogis are beyond the world and same time closer to the world, than somebody else.
In my classes, we do asanas, pranayamas, mudras, bandhas and much more.
Asanas-for body flexibility and purification the Nadis (energy channels)
Pranayama - to work with the energy
Mudra -to work with the prana and mind conditions
Bandhas - to work with the prana deeper
Practices of concentration and relaxation
The physical aspect of the positive effect on the body is good, but it's not the main point.
I am teaching people traditional Indian yoga with deep true spiritual meaning.
