Yoga is very popular in our life! But yoga becomes separated and limited. People are doing yoga for body flexibility, for stress relief, to heal the body...
Yes, that is true, that yoga can help with many body and mental conditions. But yoga is much deeper, than only a source supporting daily life.
The real yoga is a Samadhi. It's impossible to deep in this condition doing yoga in a studio, and even not with the teacher one on one. It's only your own journey in absolute alone! And to achieve this, you need to do yoga not as fitness and not from time to time. It is a serious practice long in whole life, probably not one.
Modern reality
Modern people do yoga in studios from time to time. Sometimes even one time per week, which surprised me a lot. It is like an entertainment. As for truth, this aspect shows us the state of consciousness of many people: their thoughts, perceptions and life value.
Ask yourself, why do you do it? And what are you doing?
Real yoga practice opens the universal consciousness. Yoga expands the human consciousness to a whole, universal. Yoga is a mystic knowledge. The consciousness of normal people focused on his body and this is their reality, restricted. But real you is all. All inside yourself, all Universe. That's why real yoga practice leads to Siddhis. Siddhi means different perfections. If you do not have them, ask yourself: what you are you doing? Yoga or Fitness?
In most cases it is fitness.
What can I do for you?
I would like to save this ancient wise Yoga tradition by giving the knowledge about yoga not from books. On the language of wisdom knowledge means experience. Knowledge without experience is a conception, dry mental information. I am sharing the knowledge, which I realised by myself. My Yoga classes are like a miniature of real deep long spiritual Sadhana.
We do asanas to prepare the body for long seating with the concentrations on the body and breath, then pranayama to purify, collect and join the different energies and then meditate.
Meditation is impossible without pure and a lot of prana. In standard yoga classes, we meditate in Shavasana or we do short practices in the postures seating with crossed legs. Each class is different. We do different asanas, focused on the stretching and balances and much more, Better to come and try. And probably, someone wants to learn and to practice Yoga deeper and deeper by their own and to realise their true inner cosmic nature.
Who knows? Probably, it is you.
