A few items to note before proceeding:

1. All tents must be fire rated. If not, the tent may not be put up. no exceptions.

2. Any vendors selling hamburgers, hotdogs, fries, ice cream or other similar food items must go through our midway, Homenuik Amusements 519-897-2185

3. Items such as knives, guns, weapons or drug paraphernalia will not be exhibited or sold.

4. All vendors must show proof of liability insurance upon their arrival before setup is permitted.

The Millbrook Agricultural Society needs people like you to take part in our event and continue

our annual tradition of presenting an educational, entertaining experience. Our fair typically

attracts approximately 7 - 9 000 people. Located off Hwy. 115, Millbrook is minutes southeast of

Peterborough. Four fun-filled days with three nights of Truck and Tractor pulls, prime agriculture

shows, midway, a demo derby and exhibits featuring quilts, crafts, baking and the handiwork of everyone

from students to seniors!

Space allocation will be confirmed upon approval on an earliest date received basis.

Terms and Conditions - Millbrook Fair Vendors

Commercial Display Space June 8-11, 2018

-Space allocation will be confirmed upon approval and on an earliest date received

Basis.

-Exhibitors acknowledge the rental period of time: Friday 3pm - Sunday 5pm are the

peak attendance times.

-Thursday afternoon set-up is optional for Thursday night sales. Friday sales do not

commence until after 3pm.

-Restricted sale items include: knives, guns and drug paraphernalia.

-Under contract, we are limited to certain other sales including specific food items.

-Proof of insurance required.

-Each exhibitor is entitled to two passes only to the fair, which will be provided after receipt of payment.

-All precautions will be taken to guard against loss of equipment or display material, the Millbrook Agricultural Society will not assume any responsibility for losses which might be incurred from pilfering, water damage, fire, accident or any other cause.

-No pets are allowed on the fairground, unless previously approved, in writing.

-Vehicles will be parked in designated area.

-Tables are not available at this time.

-Exhibitors may not under any circumstances sublet all or any portion of their booth or space rented under the terms of the agreement.

-Exhibitors may not operate any other business of sale of goods other than what is listed on the application.

-Sale of draw tickets must be approved, in writing by the President.

-Exhibitor agrees to observe all Fire Regulations and maintain acceptable Fire Prevention practices, including fireproofing and written approval from the President of all electrical uses – all tents must be fire rated. No exceptions!

-Exhibitor shall be responsible for all damages to, or loss of property - normal wear and tear excluded.

-The decision of the President shall be final in all cases.

-As hydro is not included in the price, there will be an additional charge.

-EXTENSION CORDS not provided.
