UPDATES FOR 2020 ARE UNDERWAY.
The Millbrook Agricultural Society will continue to watch and keep close tabs on the direction from our government and health authorities leading up to the fair. Having said that, we are currently 12 weeks away from our event and operating under the assumption that by June this will all be cleared up so we are continuing to plan for another great year!

3:00pm Gates Open - Regular admission prices apply. Must have wristband to be on grounds.
4:00pm Vendor set up

9:00pm Exhibit Building closes.
11:00am PA Day Special. All you can ride for $20 until 2:00pm- Walk in only. No parking on grounds until 3pm. Midway then closed 2-3pm.
3:00pm Grounds open. Regular admission prices apply. Must have wristband to be on grounds. Petting Zoo open, Midway open until 11pm
5:00pm Beer Barn open until 1am.
6:30pm Trackside Lounge open (19yrs plus)
6:45pm Crowning of the Millbrook Fair Ambassador and The Official Opening of the 2019 Millbrook Fair - at the track

9:00pm Beer Barn Entertainment – The Stagecoach Riders – age of majority event. Cover charge applies - $2
6:00am West Gate open for Cattle and Horses. Must have wristband to be on grounds.
9:00am Petting Zoo open.
9:00am Homecraft Judging Begins- check Homecraft tab for details - Exhibit Building open for Vendors
10:00am Beef Cattle Show begins west of Secretaries' Building, Antique Tractor Pull Registration opens at scales.
10:15am Parade registration at Millbrook Arena.
11:00am Midway open until 10:00pm
11:30am Parade Leaves arena.
12:00pm Exhibit Building open, Beer Barn open until 1:00am. Parade Judging and awards east of secretaries’ building
12:30pm Antique Tractor Pull begins at track. Horse Drawn Wagon Rides, free until 4pm.
1:00pm Homecraft Display Opens in Exhibit Building - Judging completed and open to public
3:00pm Farmers Olympics - in the horse ring
6:30pm Trackside Lounge open (19yrs plus)

12:30pm Prize Winning Bake Auction in Exhibit Building
1:30pm Demolition Derby begins
