1. Staffing prior to ARD meeting as needed.
2. Attend, chair, facilitate and participate in the ARD meeting.

7. Promote understanding of ARD issues and assure compliance.
8. Ensure SPED staff is knowledgeable about special education and can accurately complete forms.
9. Upon completion of the ARD ensure that the parent receives official signed copy of the ARD paperwork.
SPED Teacher
1. Prep sections of ARD documents prior to ARD meeting in ESPED. To include PLAAFP’S, Transition, Goals and Objectives Standards, Accommodations/ Modifications.
2. Bring your computer to all ARD meetings
3. Connect your computer to the projector at campus discretion
4. Add or delete information on the ESPED screens as the ARD members discuss information
5. Present PLAAFP information, district assessment scores, state assessment scores

General Education Teacher
1. Must have Knowledge of all academic, functional and behavior in the general education classroom of the special education student.
2. Will actively participate in all aspects of the students ARD meetings
Related Services
1. Will actively participate in the students ARD meeting.
2. Will give progress information on the students related services.
3. Will update and present new goals and objectives for the student.
Evaluation Staff
1. Oversee the ARD meeting process.
2. Type the deliberations and read them to all committee members at the end of the meeting.
3. Will assure that the ARD committee members do all parts of the ARD/IEP meeting.
4. Will develop and review evaluation, LRE, and PRN.
5. Will make sure that the ARD is done in its entirety and that copies are given to parents and staff members.
