Gregg Park Wins Karate Tourney

The Gregg Park Master Karate Club was the winner of the recent karate tournament between 16 teams from South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, Florida and Virginia. In the open competition, N.J.K.U. Unior was the first place winner. Pai Karate Club was the fourth place finisher in that division. The instructor of that division is Mike Hess.

Andrew Blocker was the instructor and sponsor of the tournament. Dennis West of Thompson,Ga. was the winner of the black belt competition in the lightweight division. Hess was the third place finisher in the middleweight division.
